			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Another neat project, this time from <a href="http://portal.unesco.org/en/ev.php-URL_ID=29008&#038;URL_DO=DO_TOPIC&#038;URL_SECTION=201.html">UNESCO,</a> the <a href="http://www.loc.gov/index.html">Library of Congress,</a> and <a href="http://www.wdl.org/en/about/partners.html">many other libraries.</a> It&#8217;s a pretty neat addition to libraries in computers. <li>Build capacity in partner institutions to narrow the digital divide within and between countries.</li>
